Neon.

Jake was talking about how you make neon colors and I decided to look that up. Neon itself is a element on the periodic table. Discovered when chilled atmosphere is condensed into a liquid and it's boiled gas is neon. It was discovered in 1898 by Scottish chemist William Ramsay (1852 - 1916) and English chemist Morris W. Travers in London, England. Neon is being very rare on Earth, is only found in the Earth's atmosphere.
